About Private AI Kit

Small businesses want AI without sending client data to third parties. The hard question is "what do I actually buy and install?" Private AI Kit collects setups real people documented publicly, so you can copy what works.

How we source setups

• Every setup links to the public source it came from (Reddit, blogs, GitHub, vendor blogs).
• We never invent specs, prices or quotes. If a source doesn't state a price, we say so.
• Prices are approximate as stated by the source, checked 2026-10-16.
• Some entries are community advice or guides rather than a single person's build; each is labelled.

Affiliate disclosure

Some hardware and deal links may be affiliate links (marked as sponsored); we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never affects which setups or deals are listed or how they're described.
